Question: Do I need an appointment if I have a flat tire?
Answer: Best to call first, normally we can get it done the same day, sometimes within a 1.5-2 hour window , if call ahead.

Question: Can I get my car towed to Ron's if it is not during business hours?
Answer: Yes, you can have your vehicle towed 24/7. Just instruct the tow company to lock the vehicle and put the keys through our safe and secure 24 hour drop mail box. Then, follow up the next business day by calling us 508.872.2266.

Question: Can I just show up for an express oil change?
Answer: Best to call first. Certain times of the year we are so busy that most vehicles have to be dropped off for awhile. However, there are some days that we can get you done within an hour or so, but we are not a quick lube center.

Question: If I need new tires, do you have them in stock and how long does it take to have them installed? Can I just walk in or do I need an appointment ?
Answer: We have thousands of tires in stock in all different sizes, brands, and models to fit 90% of the vehicles on the road. And because of our large inventory, we get over 10 shipments in daily for special orders that we may not have in inventory. We normally need approximately two hours to install 4 new tires plus two hours for a 4 wheel alignment. Usually you can call in the morning and get done the same day. Some people do it all in one visit, others split into two visits. Flat tires can also be a drive in service most days, usually we can get it handled within 1-1.5 hours from when you come in, also helps to call as well.

Question: Do you have a place to wait, is WiFi available, courtesy ride to work, free loaner cars?
Answer: We have a very spacious, quiet, and clean waiting area with free WiFi, coffee, and restrooms. We provide free rides to nearby work or home and loaner vehicles available for some services for a fee.

Question: Do I need an appointment for a four wheel Alignment?
Answer: The only set time that we can schedule for a waiting alignment is 8:00 am and should be done by 10:00. This time slot needs to be scheduled. If you drop for the day, most days we will be able to do your alignment as long as it's dropped off early enough, still better to let us know which day. After the first couple 8:00 alignments are done, it is hard for us to run on a set schedule because every alignment takes a different amount of time.

Question: What type of parts will be installed on my vehicle?
Answer: Since 1992, we have found the best quality of aftermarket parts. And with certain vehicles and certain parts we only use oe/factory parts that we purchase directly from the particular manufacturer of your vehicle.
