Short and sweet: this is "one of those places" that you didn't think still existed today -- a shop that is forthright, honest, and looking out for their customers. I had the misfortune of 3 bent wheels on my Alpina B6; one Alpina wheel and two aftermarket winter wheels. They did an INCREDIBLE job fixing them for me, including having the Alpina wheel refinished to the point that you absolutely cannot tell which wheel was damaged. Wound up buying my new summer tires here as well, and their prices were the same (or lower) than what you can get at the big online retailers. Finally, RJ was incredible to work with -- kept me always updated with what was going on, made suggestions on how I could save money, and just generally really knows his stuff. As an aside, while I was waiting to pick up my car, I overheard several conversations with other waiting patrons regarding "you need to do this now, but those other things you were worried about don't have to be done": in other words, honest and upfront with customers not getting them to spend more than they needed to. When's the last time you had that experience? Can't recommend Ron's enough.

Was trying to stall off tires for another month with a wedding to pay for this month, but ended up with cut tire and flat at work,, and of course needing all 4 replaced for all wheel drive, and 40+ thousand miles on them. Stopped at Ron's after visiting a couple other places near work, and they said they could take me the next morning, and offered a couple of choices on either the OEM tires or some other choices. Replaced all, full 4 wheel alignment, and on calling to tell me it was ready, thanked me for my business. Excellent experience at bad time, will definitely be back again. Great customer service.

First time customer, Great service, got snow tire tranny oil change alignment fast. They were super busy but still fit me in. At the end of the day they said I wouldnt get the car till next morning. Got a call 15 min. later stating they would stay open late to finish it up. Great service and will be going back in spring to have new summer tires put on.

I am so happy that I found Ron's Tire and Service. I was new to this area and had to rely on customer reviews. Ron's lives up to the great reviews I found. Purchased new Michelin's from they and was pleasantly surprised by a lower price than originally quoted. When was the last time that happened, right? Whether you need tires or general repairs, I would recommend Ron's.
